Cast iron—some people love it, some people … don’t entirely understand it. In this class we will start to debunk the mysteries of this kitchen workhorse and explore some of the wide range of dishes you can make.
Menu includes: baked pepperoni pizza dip, perfect cast-iron skillet steak, sautéed root vegetables, and a Dutch baby. Tasting portions. Wine pairing.
