A cazuela is a round shallow clay pot that can transport us to the Spanish countryside.
While a simple dish of Pollo en Cazuela (Spanish Chicken Stew) bubbles away in the oven we will make:
- Tapas (like garlic mushroom)
- Tortilla Española (Spanish Omelet)
- Croquetas de Jamón (Ham Croquettes)
- or Patatas Bravas (Bravas Potatoes)
A delicious and delightful evening for sure!
