Herbs are the best of both worlds- pretty and delicious (not to mention nutritious!). In this two-part class, we will explore the culinary side—by creating inspiring sauces, pesto, desserts, garnishes and more. In addition, in the June session we will talk about which herbs to plant, how to best harvest for using fresh herbs.
In the August session we will discuss how to over-winter herbs, and the best way to freeze, dry and preserve herbs so you can enjoy them all year long.
Take one or both classes, lunch is provided.
