The King Award

Please nominate an employee or volunteer who has shown a commitment to sustaining or enhancing the well-being of our community. Co-op employees will then vote on a slate of nominees.

The nominee with the most votes will be honored with the 2023 King Award, which includes a special gift from the Co-op and a donation of $500 to the recipient's charity of choice.

The deadline is March 31, 2023.

About This Award

The King Award honors the late Allen and Nan King, who joined the Co-op in 1941 and were active Co-op members for more than 50 years, serving as Board members. Both were avid believers in the cooperative model and both contributed to the local and wider community in many ways.
