Fermented vegetables are not only a great way to put up your harvest, but are extremely beneficial to gut health. Learning how to make your own sauerkraut and kimchi is super easy—it doesn’t cost very much and only take about 15 minutes (plus ferment time.)
In this class, we will talk about the difference between sauerkraut and kimchi, make starters for both for students to take home, and discuss flavor variations.
